Our purpose of providing you with all our tourist offer, commits us to make our work the most precise and adjusted to those you wish. When you choose us, we will provide you with detailed information about our programs, but there will always be some questions you need to ask. For this reason we give you the necessary information to take into account before making your reservation:
All reservation requests, will be made to the emails email@example.com, and this in turn will be answered by the same route within a period not exceeding 48 hours.
To make any reservation you should consider all the necessary information such as Names and surnames, Passport or identity card number, Nationality, Limitations and diseases that require special treatment
Reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance, in the case of groups should be at least 03 months in advance, to avoid setbacks. In high season in the months of June to September should be more in advance.
2. Payments and deposits
Once the confirmation has been informed, the pertinent Deposit for the services must be made in order to guarantee the services.
To confirm a reservation, the client must make a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the contracted service per person, on our account at the indicated bank. The remaining amount will have to be deposited 30 days before the beginning of the trip.
Our prices are published in U.S. dollars (USD), for any payment in other currency we will be based on the exchange rate of the moment.
If the client wishes to pay through PayPal, Banco Comercial must consider adding 5% of the total amount, which corresponds to the transaction costs of the intermediary entity.
Student Card: To access the discount, you must have a student card valid at the date you start your trip, the validity must correspond to the entire current year. The regulations considered by the Ministry of Culture are strict in regulating student cards. In case of rejection by the Ministry, any additional expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
3. Of Cancellations
Please take into consideration that any cancellation of an excursion or service will be charged as a penalty, therefore the following should be considered:
Any reservation that requires cancellation should be directed to our reservations department, requesting the execution of this, in turn we will respond in the same way giving the conformity of the cancellation.
Any reconfirmed reservation will be cancelled with a 100% cancellation penalty, therefore, it will not be refundable.
Exceptionally, due to the current situation of the Covid 19, we have increased our policy of date changes for the trips scheduled for this year, so we will be flexible to the decision of our customers, but they will not be refundable in any case.
In the exceptional case of using third party services, the same penalty mentioned above applies.
The rates do not include the IGV, in case you require a sales receipt, you must add 18% to the total amount, and immediately an invoice or bill will be issued according to the requirement you need.
The agency is responsible for the confirmations that must have been communicated in writing for the contracted services.
The company works with tourist mobility duly controlled and supervised by the relevant bodies of the Ministry of Transportation.
The agency is responsible for the organization of all services according to the client’s choice.
The agency is not responsible for weather conditions, flight cancellations, loss of personal belongings, natural disasters, extra personal expenses, strikes, or any other event unrelated to the development of the services.
The agency recommends to have TRAVEL INSURANCE, which should be obtained in your country of origin, in order to cover accidents, medical expenses, hospitalization or repatriation, loss or theft of belongings, the Agency will not be responsible for the fortuitous incidents that happen during the trip, due to the client’s own causes.
